Using Explore Animals

An adult should review these terms before allowing a child to use the app, and should manage purchases and communications. The final published terms, applicable store terms, and any mandatory local rights govern use of the released service.
Personal use and app content
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial learning and play. Animal images, text, sounds, software, and branding remain subject to their owners’ rights. Downloading the app does not grant a right to redistribute its content, sell copies, or bypass paid access.
Do not interfere with the app, misuse support channels, or use the service unlawfully. Nothing here limits rights to use content or software where applicable law expressly permits it.
Learning and availability
Explore Animals offers general educational content and games. Animal measurements and descriptions may be simplified or vary by species, individual, or source. The app is not guidance for approaching, handling, feeding, or caring for a real animal.
Features, translations, animal collections, voices, and availability may vary by version, device, or region. We welcome corrections through support. No specific learning outcome is guaranteed.
Subscriptions and payments
Some content requires a subscription. Available prices, billing periods, any trial, and renewal terms are shown in the store’s purchase confirmation before payment. An adult must authorize purchases.
For an auto-renewing subscription, manage cancellation through the store that billed you. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refer to Apple’s subscription instructions or Google Play’s subscription instructions. Refund requests are handled under the store’s rules and applicable consumer law.
Use Restore Purchases with the original purchasing store account to recover eligible access. Purchase restoration does not restore locally stored game progress. Access across different stores is not promised unless explicitly offered in the app.
Free and rewarded previews
Premium categories offer three preview animals. Where the app offers rewarded previews, a completed reward can unlock up to three randomly selected locked animals from the chosen category, at most twice per day across the app. Temporary access ends when the app session ends; the daily limit does not reset merely because the app is restarted.
Reward availability is not guaranteed. The current development implementation simulates the reward flow; any public release with real advertising requires updated disclosures. The in-app offer describes the access being provided.
Your device and progress
You are responsible for using a compatible device and managing its settings and backups. Progress is stored locally and may be lost when app data is cleared or the app is removed. Online services, store access, and device voices may require connectivity.

Your rights and updates
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No additional governing-law, arbitration, or liability limitation is asserted in this draft; the publisher must finalize any jurisdiction-specific terms before launch.
